How to Use

  1. Enter Weight: Enter today's weight in the "Current Weight" box.
  2. Select Date: Select the measurement date (default is today).
  3. Add Record: Click "Add Record" to save data.
  4. View Trend: The chart will automatically update to show the weight change curve.
  5. Manage Data: You can delete incorrect records or clear all data.

Healthy Weight Gain Range

According to recommendations, pregnancy weight gain ranges are as follows:

  • Pre-pregnancy BMI < 18.5: Gain 12.5-18 kg
  • Pre-pregnancy BMI 18.5-24.9: Gain 11.5-16 kg
  • Pre-pregnancy BMI 25.0-29.9: Gain 7-11.5 kg
  • Pre-pregnancy BMI ≥ 30.0: Gain 5-9 kg
