How to Use

Best Time to Count

  • Fixed Daily Time: It is recommended to choose the same time period every day for counting.

Counting Standards

Judgment Criteria

  • Distinct Movement: Feeling one distinct movement counts as one.
  • Continuous Movement: Continuous movements count as one group, recorded as one.
  • Slight Movement: Slight movements are not counted; only record distinct ones.

Normal Reference Standards

  • 10 Times in 2 Hours: Generally considered a normal frequency.
  • 3 Times Daily: Recommended to count 3 times a day to understand the baby's activity pattern.
  • Time Interval: Under normal circumstances, the interval between movements is between 2-10 minutes.

Interpreting Results

Frequent Movements (Interval < 2 mins)

  • Baby is very active and energetic.
  • Likely the baby's active period.
  • Generally no need to worry, but observe the pattern.

Normal Movements (Interval 2-10 mins)

  • Baby's health condition is good.
  • Movements are regular, development is normal.
  • Maintain a positive mindset and continue observing.

Fewer Movements (Interval > 10 mins)

  • Likely the baby's resting period.
  • Suggested to rest and recount later.
  • If consistently low, consult a doctor.
